Our Client, a leading community services provider, is currently recruiting for an experienced Client Liaison Officer to join their team based in the Inner West of Sydney.
This role will involve:
- Building partnerships and promoting the services of the organisation
- Attending interagency meetings
- Assisting with marketing and strategy
- Engaging with culturally and linguistically diverse communities
- Understanding CHSP, HCP, NDIS and other funding with keeping up to date with changes
- Administration and data entry
- Creating meaningfully and long-lasting relationships
- A spokesperson for the organisation
- Business development and finding win/win solutions
The requirements for this role include:
- A deep understanding of community sectors
- Ability to build rapport easily by engaging not only one-on-one but in group environments with a variety of different stakeholders including clients, local communities and business partners
- Partnership and Business Development experience
- Driver Licence
- Strong work and personal ethics
- Previous program design and delivery would be desirable
- A Cert IV qualification or higher within Social Care, Psychology or Counselling
Additional Information
- A number of probity checks are required including holding a current working with children and undertaking a National police check.
