The role will involve:

• Provide therapeutic intervention and case management for children, young people, and their families
• Undertake assessments to identify the needs of children, young people, and their families
• Assist in the preservation of families to support families to enter the care system
• Network with relevant agencies as required

Our client is looking for a candidate who has OOHC or Child Protection experience. A candidate who can work with autonomy, but still be part of a team. Someone who can have those difficult conversations in a respectful manner.

Requirements for a role

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Family Therapy or relevant discipline
• Demonstrated conflict resolution and mediation skills
• Well-developed communication
• Current and valid driver’s license
