Purpose/Objective:

To work with our clients to provide School Leaver Employment Support [SLES] services to help them reach their employment goals.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Arrange and deliver work related segments to clients in a group environment;
• Work with key stakeholders in the community to find work experience and support clients in work experience;
• Arrange industry visits and guest speakers;
• Arrange and deliver quarterly meetings with trainees and their support circles;
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Qualifications & experience

• Experience working with young people with complex support needs;
• SLES or group program experience (advantageous);
• Self-motivated with a flexible approach to work;
• Sales, marketing experience;
• Police Check, Working with Children Check and/or an NDIS Worker Screening Check
• NSW Driver’s License with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
