We are seeking a Website Lead to join in our Marketing team. The Website Lead will manage the website ecosystem and leads improvements to ensure organisational strategic objectives and marketing KPIs are met.

Reporting directly to the Digital Engagement Manager, you will also be responsible for:

  • Managing the website ecosystem day to day through development, documentation and execution of best practice processes and reporting – and ensure continual improvement and risk mitigation, whilst supporting the organisation’s broader communication and brand strategies
  • Leading ongoing analysis and user journey mapping of always-on and targeted campaigns across various digital channels, and up-skilling team members
  • Taking ownership of website content, ensuring that content updates and additions are aligned with the digital strategy and customer needs and personas, and adhere to accessibility standards
  • Lead regular work-in-progress meetings within marketing department and various stakeholders, utilising reporting dashboards and other cloud-based audit tools
  • Lead mini projects and audits with stakeholders across the organisation on user experience, content publishing and accessibility, with the ability to influence key decision makers

To be successful in this role you will be a team player, have excellent interpersonal communication skills and meet the key selection criteria outlined below.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Demonstrated commitment to high quality website management and engagement
  • Ability to support web-related incident resolution and disaster recovery processes
  • Sound knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines and how to adhere to W3c standards
  • Knowledge of User Centred Design practices and SEO
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to engage with both immediate colleagues and a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Positive and flexible working style
  • Demonstrated organisational skills and ability to work autonomously when required
  • Willingness to demonstrate empathy and concern for people with dementia and their carer/s
