Currently seeking 2 experienced Dementia Support Specialist to join our Client Services team on a fixed term, part-time basis until June 2022. One role is primarily based in Newnham, at 0.7 FTE (3.5 days per week). The other role will be based in New Town at 0.8 FTE (4 days per week). As a qualified Dementia Support Specialist you will provide short-term interventions at key stages of dementia to enhance wellbeing including the delivery of psycho-educational and psycho-social interventions as required to meet individual goals, and maintain quality of life for the person living with dementia, their carers and families.
