We are currently seeking a Facilitator to join our Centre for Dementia Learning (CDL) team based in North Ryde, NSW. The position will contribute to Dementia Australia’s mission through the delivery of high quality education programs (accredited and non-accredited) and organisational practice and environmental consultancy services to a wide range of audiences including: aged care workers, health professionals, allied health professionals, disability workers and other organisations.

To be successful in this role you will be a team player, have excellent communication and presentation skills and be able to demonstrate how you meet the requirements of the position and key selection criteria as outlined below.
Minimum Qualifications: A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification as per Schedule 1 of the Standards for RTO’s 2015. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline is also a requirement of the position.
Desirable: A formal qualification in dementia is highly desirable. Knowledge and experience of aged care and dementia will also be beneficial.
