We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Client Services Administration Officer – Scheduler to join our national Client Services team based out of Mudgeeraba, QLD. This role will provide scheduling and administrative support to ensure the delivery of high quality, efficient and effective services for our clients and their families

Reporting directly to the Team Leader, Client Services you will also be responsible for:

  • Maintaining staff and client rosters, including setting up and discharging clients as well as managing requests for changes to schedule
  • Completing accurate and timely data entry of client information using the applicable organisational databases and approved systems
  • Providing administrative support to the Client Services team and Leaders as required

To be successful in this role you will be a team player, have excellent interpersonal communication skills and meet the key selection criteria outlined below.

Key Selection Criteria

  1. Demonstrated skills and experience in scheduling and a range of administrative activities
  2. Ability to maintain a high level of written and oral communication skills
  3. Demonstrated proficiency and experience with Microsoft Windows applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  4. Ability to prioritise workload demands and cope calmly, effectively under pressure
  5. Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team as well as being able to work autonomously whilst taking initiative and problem solving independently

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and/or minimum 12 months experience in a similar role
  • Certificate III in Business Administration would be highly regarded
