Access Australia Group Limited is seeking to appoint a Team Leader - Social Inclusion for our Social Inclusion Division on a full-time basis. The primary focus of this role is to lead the team of Disability Support Workers through strong role modelling and supervision to provide high quality, safe and compliant services.

The successful candidate requires a Certificate IV or higher qualification in Community Services, Social Work or related discipline and a high level of personal integrity and professionalism.

Salary is in accordance with Access Australia Group’s Enterprise Agreement.
