Access Australia Group Limited is seeking to appoint a Pathways Planner. The role works across Access Australia Group to provide a customer-focused service that responds to individuals, their families and carers and provides access to National Disability Insurance Scheme services. The successful candidate will have a Certificate IV, or above qualification, in Community Services or related discipline and a sound knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme’s pricing, billing and planning.

Salary is in accordance with Access Australia Group’s Enterprise Agreement.
