About the opportunity 

The Aged and Carer Services Team Leader will lead a team of staff and volunteers to deliver high quality client services; will monitor, evaluate and report on the service being delivered; will foster and drive a positive work place culture; will promote the principles of wellness and reablement; and will help develop a program that is flexible and innovative.  This Social Support program facilitates both 1 to 1 consumer/volunteer connections, as well as volunteer-led special interest consumer groups.

About you 

You will have experience and a well-developed knowledge working in the Aged & Carer services sector and enjoy working with and developing employees. You will have a tertiary level qualification in social work or equivalent and experience in a supervisory role. Supervision of staff, outstanding customer service, quality of care and continuous quality improvement are the hallmarks of this position
