About the opportunity

Our Retail Supervisors lead the day to day operations of our Op Shops.  Working with our dedicated volunteer team, the role involves sorting and merchandising donations, chatting with customers, enhancing the community feel of our Op Shops and building and maintaining our great working environment.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have sound experience and knowledge of the Op Shop environment.  Friendly and flexible in nature, your empathy and integrity will support the on-going success of the team and the shop.  Ideally you will understand the local area and possess strong skills in point of sale, merchandise presentation and computer systems.  Experience in supervising you to 6 people at any one time would be an advantage.
