Vice Versa Disability & Support Services is growing!

We are a NDIS registered provider, based in Chadstone, Vic. We are providing, among other, home support and community participation to people living with disabilities. We strive to implement and provide tailored, individualised services by providing active support, that enhance life skills, daily living, and community participation for our participants to reach their NDIS goals.

We are looking for committed, responsible and compassionate support workers, that would love to join our team.

THE SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The role may include a combination or all the below:

• Assistance with personal care like showering, toileting, grooming
• Assistance with household tasks and meals preparation
• Assistance with in-house daily activities

• Assistance to access community

WHAT WE NEED

• Unrestricted Driver’s Licence (Australian preferred)
• Own roadworthy and insured vehicle
• Relevant industry certification or willing to obtain them
• NDIS Worker Screening Check  (mandatory)
• Working With Children Check - Employee (mandatory)
• CPR & First Aid Certificates (mandatory)
• Covid-19 Certificate (3 doses of vaccine as per State’s requirements) (mandatory)
• Two professional references
• Working rights in Australia
