This Position is Responsible for the Management of the sate funded Alcohol & Other Drugs & Victorian Rehabilitation and Commonwealth funded supported accommodation programs in the Eastern Metro Region.

The Position Responsibilities include:

  • Providing management oversight of the Service, ensuring high quality service level outcomes and staff performance
  • Ensure clinical governance requirements for the provision of AOD services mandated by legislation are adhered to
  • This position is a member of the Victorian AOD leadership team and will contribute to national plans frameworks and practice to ensure innovative and client centred service delivery to meet current and future needs
  • Degree/Diploma in Health, Mental Health or Allied Health with a minimum of the Alcohol and Other Drugs Skill Set (or commitment to obtain Alcohol and Other Drugs Skill Set within 12 months of employment [see Appendix A])
  • Full Current Victorian Driver's Licence
  • Police Check and Working with Children Check
