Your new role as Cluster Manager:

As Retail Cluster Manager, based out of Vinnies Kingswood 2747, you will oversee Vinnies shops in St Marys 2760, Mt Druitt 2770. Bring your leadership and coaching skills to drive your team towards growth and development. The role will provide you training and support to further your retail management career at Vinnies. Take the opportunity to work in a values driven organisation, where you are given the autonomy to lead a diverse and vibrant cluster of stores.

The Retail Cluster Manager will:

  • Lead a retail team of 3 staff members plus volunteers - motivate, coach, train and develop.
  • Coordinate the replenishment of stock in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Ensure all aspects of store operations meet performance and compliance standards.
  • Oversee the consistent implementation of security measures to minimise loss of resources and assets.
  • On a regular basis review and analyse sales performance, develop strategies to enable stores to always meet or exceed targets.

Key requirements for the role include:

  • Relevant qualifications in business or retail management, and experience in managing operations within a multisite environment.
  • Strong leadership skills that include performance management, problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills in planning/organising, stock management, rostering, and sales performance analysis.
  • Ability to develop strategies to lift or enhance sales performance.
  • Essential computer skills in MS Office programs e.g. Word, Excel and Outlook.
