Evidence-based practice is the foundation of our work. We are constantly asking, ‘together, how can we do this even better?’ This could mean challenging the status quo and designing things differently. Ultimately, it’s about measurably improving health for people in south east Melbourne. So, are you with us?
The commissioning of mental health and drug and alcohol services in the SEMPHN catchment represents one of the key priorities for the organisation. As such, SEMPHN is looking for an individual that can support the organisation’s work in transitioning and redesigning Commonwealth funded mental health services for young people in the catchment.
The Youth Mental Health Lead is responsible for managing the procurement process, and the delivery and ongoing management of commissioned youth mental health services within the Stepped Care model.
