At Raise we exist to help young people. We do one thing, and we do it really well – youth mentoring.
Our best-practice, school-based program is proven to make positive and sustained change. Mentoring empowers young people to be resilient, connected and hopeful for the future. We match trained and trusted volunteers with teenagers who would benefit most from an independent, caring adult who is there to listen and show up just for them.
Our early intervention youth mentoring program is currently in over 180 high schools across Australia. This translates to over 2,000 young people matched with a qualified mentor, and we are growing each year.
Join our village of passionate people who care deeply about young people and making a meaningful impact through mentoring. Enjoy a flexible, positive and collaborative work environment, where you can make a meaningful difference.
As part of our Strategic Impact Plan to deliver trusted and trained mentors to every young person in Australia who needs one, this position is accountable for leading our people, volunteer management, youth safety and learning and development strategy into the future.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this position has two direct reports and a total team of eight employees.
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, this position works collaboratively with the CEO, other Directors and the Board in the development of strategic impact goals and projects and organisational long-term operational plans.
