Raise Foundation positively impacts the well-being of young people at risk of disengagement in Australia. Through high school-based and community mentoring, Raise improves the lives of young people at a critical juncture in their development by addressing youth mental health and disengagement. Our mentoring program equips them with the skills, resilience and connections to set them on a positive pathway.

As we embark on a journey to dramatically expand our presence across the country, we have an exciting, flexible working opportunity to join our Partnerships and Fundraising Team as our Grants Manager.

In this role you will be responsible for building and developing strong partnerships with funding partners and actively seeking opportunities to increase Raise’s fundraising income through aligned and strategic partnerships.

A high level of written and verbal communication skills are essential as this role will be responsible for writing and submitting funding applications, and sourcing, building and retaining ongoing funding relationships.

This role is based between your home and our head office in Mosman.

Strong Microsoft Office365 skills and Salesforce skills are important as is the ability to stay calm under pressure and your charming personality! Your organisational skills are legendary and you pride yourself on your warm, empathetic approach that builds rapport and connections with those around you.

This position is being offered on a contract basis, over 3 days per week, with flexible days.
