We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced leader to join our Management Team. This role will see you leading Day Programs, Recreational Services, Individualised Services and Children’s Programs.
The Community Programs Manager will guide and mentor Program Coordinators to ensure services are being delivered to a high standard.
The role will be responsible for service development, relationships with participants, families and community partners, as well as increasing staff expertise and productivity across the programs.
NADO is an established community-based charity that has supported people with disabilities, their families and carers in the Nepean and Blue Mountains region for over 40 years.

The successful candidate will demonstrate at least 5 years leadership experience, preferably within the disability sector, accompanied with a relevant qualification in leadership, community welfare and/or a related discipline.
The ideal applicant will have a can-do attitude and the ability to influence, inspire, motivate to get the best out of your team and the programs.
