LCHS is working in partnership with the National Disability Insurance Agency to deliver the National Disability Insurance Scheme Local Area Coordination (LAC) Service across the Outer East Melbourne service delivery area.

LCHS is seeking a fixed term full time Team Leader in the Yarra Ranges.

The Team Leader will share their subject matter expertise with the Yarra Ranges Local Area Coordinators and will coordinate the operations, management and reporting for the LAC Service.

To be successful in this position, you must possess:

  • LAC knowledge and experience;
  • Leadership/management experience;
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills;
  • Problem solving skills;
  • Positivity and a sense of humour; and
  • Reliability and a great work ethic.
