Over its 30-year history Ermha has developed significant expertise in supporting people who are experiencing social and systemic barriers associated with mental illness, disability, poverty and/or drug and alcohol misuse. The organisation now supports over 1500 people each year.

Ermha has an exciting opportunity to recruit suitably qualified casual and part-time Support Workers within Ermha 360 North & South East Metro Melbourne. We are seeking individuals that are passionate, creative and have an exceptional positive approach to working with people in the community sector.

The successful candidates will work flexible hours including weekends, evenings and sleepover shifts. They will be part of a diverse team working closely with the Team Leader delivering recovery focused support through individualised support packages. They will work holistically with the program participants also providing assistance to their family and carers to enhance opportunities for development, community participation and independent living.

The successful applicants will have a Certificate IV in Youth Work, Mental Health or Disability, or related fields and/or relevant work experience, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
