As part of our Integrated Services Team at Box Hill, EACH is looking for a Team Leader to provide leadership, support and to ensure effective communication with clients, making a huge difference to the lives of those with mental health AoD and gambling concerns.
You'll build relationships with the team and collaborate with other agencies, hold a small AOD or counselling caseload yourself whilst monitoring and reporting on performance to targets and KPI's. You will use your counselling and AoD experience to engage with AoD clients as well as staff, provide support and supervision to the multidisciplinary team, leading and motivating them to achieve the goals of the program.
The Integrated Services Team consists of approximately 10 people, working within Gamblers Help and the SURe Consortium (Substance Use Re-covery) Program. They are a highly experienced, hardworking and dedicated AoD team working closely together to achieve the best outcomes for our clients. Information sharing and supporting one another is a high priority as is a sense of humour and self-care which helps maintain team cohesiveness.
