About the Opportunity

At CatholicCare, our clients are our priority. We are seeking a passionate and motivated person who will be the first point of contact for our clients, families and the general community, answering phone calls, online queries and emails as well as working as part of an engaged and dynamic client care team.

You will be responsible for providing our clients with exceptional service through understanding their needs, providing precise information and a seamless booking process for clients wishing to make appointments. You will have outstanding attention to detail and ensure our clients experience is stellar from their first interaction with CatholicCare to their last.

About You

  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) including cultural awareness
  • Experience providing admin or customer service support preferably in a contact/call centre environment
  • Outstanding attention to detail to ensure accuracy of our data/systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information whist juggling multiple tasks
  • Resilient, calm, compassionate when engaging with clients who maybe heightened or escalated
  • A current NSW drivers’ licence with the flexibility to travel to multiple locations
  • The successful candidate will be required to hold or be willing to obtain a valid Working with Children Check in accordance with Child Protection legislation and Criminal Record Check (obtained within the last 6 months) with no disclosable court outcomes
