This role is a Working For Victoria funded role to support Cultivating Community in reviewing its OHS standards and risk management. The organisation is planning increases in its number of employees, types of projects, variety of project participants and business opportunities - in particular in Hortus its planned new garden design, build and maintenance services.

This role is part of the Moving Feast collaboration of roles working in partnership with a variety of like minded social enterprises across the City.

This is a new role within the organisation with a direct report to the CEO but essential relationship working in particular with our Public Housing Community Garden Team and other Team Leaders.
