Position Overview

Our program is responsible for the provision and management of long term social housing on behalf of Launch Housing and the Director of Housing, Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).

The Tenancy and Property Manager works as part of a team, the position seeks to ensure effective and efficient management of tenancies and properties within the Launch Housing portfolio. This involves working with tenants through direct or telephone contact and liaising with partner support providers, contractors and a range of other relevant stakeholders as required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management and the ability to effectively prioritise tasks, demonstrate initiative, be proactive and anticipate areas where assistance is needed is essential to the success of this role.
