Launch Housing is a strong, single, focused voice on homelessness driven by the values of Empowerment, Fresh Thinking, Agility, Leadership, and Courage.

The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Outreach Worker to join the Rough Sleeper Initiative team, which is aimed at assertively engaging with and supporting people sleeping rough in the inner metro. This program provides a response for people who are hard to reach, entrenched and who may have complex needs.
