Lady Lawley Cottage offer children and young people with disability a range of supports tailored to meet their individual needs.
The team works across two purpose-designed premises in Cottesloe and East Fremantle, providing a home-away-from-home experience including Day, Short Stays and Positive Behaviour Support as well as providing in home support to clients through the High Needs Program.
This position is responsible for providing a safe standard of holistic care in accordance with the policies of Australian Red Cross, the Disability Service Standards and the relevant Australian Health Care Standards. You will maintain an environment designed to empower people with disabilities through good communication and promoting independence.
The role includes both on-site overnight and day support as well as individualised high needs support to Children in their homes.
