We are seeking qualified support workers with disability &/or mental health experience to work with our Supported Independent Living, Community Participation and Short Term Accommodation clients on the Sunshine Coast, QLD.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience working within the disability and or mental health fields
• Minimum Certificate III Individual Support (Disability) and willing to obtain Certificate IV
• Assist Clients with Medication HLTHPS006
• General understanding and awareness of WH&S
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Current NDIS Worker’s Screening
• A current driver’s license and willingness to travel

HIGHLY DESIRABLE:

• Experience working with complex support needs
• Mental Health Experience
• Certificate IV in Disability, Mental Health or higher
• Experience with social & community participation support
