<h3>Position scope</h3>
The purpose of this role is to provide generalist HR duties including assisting with recruitment, training and development, employee relations, record keeping, WHS and other duties in line with organisational policies and procedures as well as government requirements.
<h3>Key Results Area Accountabilities</h3>
Operational HR Advice and Support
<ul>
<li>Provide day-to-day advice to employees and people leaders with general HR queries.</li>
<li>Ensure all employees have current and relevant employment contracts, updated position descriptions and workplans.</li>
<li>Organise training and development activities including booking venues for training, liaising with training providers and other duties as required.</li>

HR Systems, Policies and Procedures
<ul>
<li>Upload documents into the risk management system LogiQc.</li>
<li>Maintain current register of employee&rsquo;s relevant licences and checks, including WWC checks, Police Checks, Driver's licence and AHPRA registration.</li>
<li>Assist the HR Advisor in the development and roll out of policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Manage and administer adherence to HR policies.</li>
<li>Act as Administrator for the HR System ELMO.</li>
<li>Ensure the quality and compliance of HR documentation with appropriate storage.</li>
</ul>
Recruitment, Selection, and Induction
<ul>
<li>Assist HR Advisor in undertaking recruitment activities including managing e-recruitment, Selection and Induction procedures, position descriptions, advertising, shortlisting, interviewing and all relevant employment documentation.</li>
<li>Administer direct recruitment as required by hiring managers, including liaising with recruitment agencies.</li>
<li>Maintain personnel files and database.</li>
<li>Contribute to administering employee exit processes.</li>
</ul>
HR Projects
<ul>
<li>Contribute to HR projects and other ad hoc activities that contribute to building a positive workplace culture.</li>
<li>Assist in administering all staff surveys and onboarding surveys using SurveyMonkey.</li>
</ul>
Corporate responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Attend general staff meetings.</li>
<li>Function as a team member in close liaison with other staff.</li>
<li>Attend training as required.</li>
<li>Perform other duties relevant to the position as directed by HR Advisor and the Corporate Services Manager.</li>
<li>Act at all times in a professional manner and ensure the confidentiality of employees.</li>

WHS
<ul>
<li>Administration of WHS including taking meeting minutes for WHS Committee, sending out agenda, maintenance of notice boards and employee evacuation lists.</li>

Essential Qualifications:
Minimum Cert IV in Human Resources, or related discipline.

The Mental Health Outreach Worker will ensure that presenting community members receive access to Mental Health services and assist mainstream services to increase their awareness of the cultural, emotional, spiritual and social issues affecting Aboriginal people.
Demonstrated knowledge base and experience in the Aboriginal Health, Social and Community Services or Drug and Alcohol environment would be an advantage. <li>To facilitate access by participants to education, training, employment and employment preparation opportunities, income support, as well as secure, permanent and affordable housing with support.</li>
<li>To provide access to internal (DDACL) and external community and social services by way of referrals to appropriate service providers.</li>
<li>To provide referrals for support, self‑help and planned respite programs for people with psychiatric problems including their carer's.</li>
<li>To maximise the number of Aboriginals with mental health disabilities supported in the community by providing support and access to services that alleviate stress and the levels of disability associated with mental illness.</li>
<li>To support the principle of continuity of care by establishing and maintaining collaborative links with other components of the mainstream mental health services, as well as general and community service areas and by establishing key worker or case manager collaboration.</li>
<li>Working closely with clinicians in the BHS, assess, develop and implement approaches and initiatives to improve the care and pathway referrals for Aboriginal community members receiving mental health services.</li>
<li>Liaise and consult with other agencies (both Aboriginal and mainstream) including Monash Health, Peninsula Health and Community Mental Health Services, and agencies linked to the Southeast Melbourne Primary Health Network.</li>

The Corporate Services Officer is responsible for the efficient management of DDACL&rsquo;s infrastructure including Fleet, Properties and Facilities, Utilities, Security, Telephony and ICT/IM. A key focus of the role will be to review and continuously improve this infrastructure including reviewing needs, identifying gaps, recontracting, and maintaining effective working relationships with contractors.

<h3>KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</h3>
Fleet Management:

<li>Coordination of all aspects of fleet lease management, including servicing, insurances and registration, and disposing of vehicles when they reach the end of their operational life</li>
<li>Maintain a database of the DDACL fleet, including tags, inspections, maintenance, keys, first aid kits, fines, etc.</li>
<li>Oversee the DDACL vehicle booking system.</li>

<li>Coordinate contract management for the repairs and maintenance of DDACL buildings, properties and utilities.</li>

DDACL is looking for an experienced and motivated Manager of Aboriginal Health Services to work in a cooperative and culturally appropriate manner that will contribute to the health and wellbeing of our clients and their families.&nbsp;
The position may act for the Chief Executive Officer during short absences, and:&nbsp;

<li>Provides essential support to the CEO, including sharing in the deputising and providing relief for the CEO in their absence.</li>
<li>Ensures that all activities conducted by the DDACL meet legal and legislative requirements.</li>
<li>Has responsibility for management of DDACL&rsquo;s Aboriginal health programs which include Female Youth Program, Male Youth Program, Tackling Indigenous Smoking, Koori Maternity Services, Alcohol and other Drug Services, Mental Health Outreach Services, Integrated Care, and Family Centred Care.</li>
<li>In collaboration with the CEO and the Executive Management Team, manage all new capital projects and liaise with appointed consultants ensuring they are managed effectively within agreed funding requirements and timeframes.</li>

The Communications and Marketing Officer will report to the Manager, Corporate Services and will coordinate the delivery of DDACLs communications and community engagement activities and other projects as required. This part time position will be responsible for developing and implementing a communications strategy including, print and news media, social media and publications.
This role will support DDACL in its contribution to self-determination and achievement of its strategic plan ensuring that the organisation is able to improve the profile and position and meet minimum standards.
<h3>KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</h3>

<li>Lead the development and implementation of innovative communications campaigns and strategies, to promote and improve DDACLs reputation and enhance community understanding of the organisation.</li>
