The Opportunity to lead Changemakers…

The Manager, Impact Evidence Building role exists to lead a high performing team to effectively capture, utilise and communicate evidence of impact within WVA, with and on behalf of World Vision International (WVI), and externally in order to be able to demonstrate a credible account.

On a day to day basis, the manager would be accountable for:

  • Role modelling behaviours and actions that build a culture of trust - igniting the personal gifts and passions of self and others to become impact led and market informed.
  • Actively seeking and creating opportunities for self and others, to effectively connect and collaborate across our enterprise, market and field to realise our full potential.
  • Ensuring a dedicated team resources are provided to build the evidence agenda for impact goals, capital campaign and other major strategic initiatives.
  • Representing key initiatives associated with WVIs Strategic Initiative and ensuring WVA’s evidence building agenda is aligned with WVI and key Go to Market (GTM) requirements.
  • Leading WVA’s strategy to appropriately articulate and apply the WVI Global Impact Framework which will include working with key WVA stakeholders to monitor and measure progress.
  • Building a credible account of change through the delivery of specific evidence targeted for specific donors, campaigns, products and initiatives.
  • Encouraging a culture of learning and innovation through the application of project, program and meta evaluations.

Who we are looking for…

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and lead an evidence of impact strategy
  • Skills in evaluation and/or program assessment
  • Advanced presentation skills – verbally, written and using computer software
  • Tertiary qualifications in a research related discipline, evaluation, evidence building.

This role is a permanent position operating in a full-time capacity and will be based at our head office in Burwood East, Victoria.
