Women’s Health Victoria is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced woman for 12 months as a part time Administration Officer for our cancer support service.
Women’s Health Victoria (WHV) runs Counterpart, a statewide support and information service for women affected by breast or a gynaecological cancer. The service aims to empower women to make informed choices about their care and treatment, to help them to live well.
This part time position provides general administrative support to the Counterpart team, manages a large client database and coordinates a range of organisational systems and processes. You will be experienced in the development and maintenance of administrative processes, client management systems and basic communication activities and demonstrate excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and high level computer skills. You will also be familiar with working in the not for profit sector and be committed to enhancing service delivery and access to information and support for women with a gynaecological or breast cancer, across Victoria.
Diploma of Business Administration or related qualification and/or four years experience in a similar role.
This position is part-time working 8 days per fortnight for 12 months. For further information, please refer to the position description provided below.
