Do you have an understanding of the needs and challenges affecting people with disability and disability employment knowledge? Do you have experience delivering training to the community members in the disability sector? Have you got an understanding of the issues facing the barriers people with disabilities face when sourcing main stream employment and have experience in using techniques and skills to assist with overcoming these barriers?
