The Role

The University of Notre Dame is seeking a Senior Lecturer for the Population and Preventive Health Domain at the School of Medicine. This position reports to the Dean through the Chair of Population and Preventive Health Domain and is responsible for assisting the Chair in reviewing and delivering the PPH components of the medical curriculum. This position is also responsible for undertaking research and the support and mentoring of others within the PPH Domain.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Current or recent experience (within the past 5 years) working as a public health practitioner or public health physician in Australia or a comparable health system.
  • Master of Public Health or equivalent post-graduate degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience of teaching and assessment in medicine and/or public health.
