The primary focus of the Executive Assistant role is to provide high-level executive assistance to the South Australian State Manager, based at Hendon.

The Executive Assistant is co-located with the SA State Manager, to facilitate the development of close working relationships based on trust and an awareness of the SA State Manager’s preferences and administrative support needs.

About you:

  • Provision of high level, efficient and effective executive support including diary and meeting management
  • Willingness to sign and abide by a “Confidentiality Undertaking Statement” given the sensitive nature of this role
  • Demonstrates integrity and credibility and fosters open honest communication
  • Relates to people in an open, friendly and professional manner, adapting communication styles accordingly whilst establishing rapport built on the premise of providing a supportive environment
  • Superior written and communication skills with outstanding attention to detail providing clear direction
  • Display flexibility and a positive approach to work culture and organisational values

About the role:

  • Part time (0.6FTE) role available, maximum term contract until 26 June 2020
  • Flexibility to increase FTE during busy periods
  • Located Hendon
  • Proven diplomacy and maintaining confidentiality, discretion and sound judgement proficiencies
  • Structures and organises administrative tasks to ensure the effective and efficient operations with the ability to prioritise, multi-task and adapt to changing needs of SA State Manager
  • Motivated and has the foresight ability
