The Continence Foundation of Australia supports Australians affected by, or at risk of, bladder and bowel control problems and acts as an advocate for their interests. As the national peak body, the Foundation exists to serve all Australians by promoting bladder and bowel health. Our Education team provide best practice learning to support health professionals and other carers improve the care outcomes and quality of life for over 5 million Australians affected by incontinence.

Reporting to the Education Manager you will play a key role in the implementation of the Foundation’s online strategies. You will engage with a range of stakeholders, using your strong project management skills to coordinate and deliver a range of online learning content. Using authoring tools and applying adult learning principles you will help to create engaging online learning experiences delivered via our LMS, provide first line support to learners and provide regular reports and insights to drive quality improvements.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in online learning development including the use of authoring tools.
  • Experience in the administration of Learning Management Systems
  • Demonstrated success in managing projects
  • Existing knowledge of instructional design principles for online learning and a genuine desire to grow instructional design and development skills
  • Demonstrated experience in engaging and managing multiple stakeholders
