Program Manager, Fiji - International Women's Development Agency

The Organisation:

International Women’s Development Agency (IWDA) is the leading Australian agency entirely focussed on women’s rights and gender equality in the Asia Pacific region.

The Role:

Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, Pacific, the Program Manager will drive feminist, systemic change approaches to partnership building, program development and implementation, financial management, advocacy, monitoring, evaluation and learning, and contract management.

The Candidate:

You will have;

  • Significant experience in program management, including program design, implementation, financial management and reporting in line with donor requirements
  • Experience in partnership building with a feminist perspective and approach
  • Demonstrated practice with monitoring, evaluation and learning in feminist programs, including feminist partnerships and advocacy
  • Highly developed communication, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Well-developed financial management expertise including budget negotiations, planning, forecasting and variance reporting
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and facilitating participatory workshops particularly in monitoring, evaluation and learning
  • Highly developed inter-cultural and interpersonal skills and experience managing partnerships, complex relationships and structures, including by distance

The Offer:

Offered as a full-time fixed term contract (October 2019 - November 2023). The annual salary is a SCHADS 6/ SACS Class III. In addition, attractive PBI/NFP packaging is available.
