The Business Change Manager plays a key role in ensuring the Digital Transformation projects deliver planned objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption, usage and minimising resistance. You will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems & technology, job roles and organisation structures.

The annual salary on offer for this role is $100,000 plus superannuation offered as a full time, 18-month, fixed term contract. In addition, attractive PBI/NFP packaging is available.
