The Organisation:

Our client is a not-for-profit organisation that advocates for the rights of vulnerable people. They support and advise their clients on what the community has to offer, so they can realise their full potential.

The Role:

The Business Change Manager plays a key role in ensuring the Digital Transformation projects deliver planned objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption, usage and minimising resistance. You will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems & technology, job roles and organisation structures.

The Candidate:

You will have;

  • A solid understanding of how people go through change and change process
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phase of the project lifecycles
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills

The Offer:

The annual salary on offer for this role is $100,000 plus superannuation offered as a full time, 18-month, fixed term contract. In addition, attractive PBI/NFP packaging is available.
