IEUA-QNT is a union representing over 16,000 teacher, school officer and services staff members in non-government education institutions throughout Queensland and the Northern Territory.

Industrial Services Officer 

The duties of this full-time position include:

• Engaging with Members initially by responding to telephone and email enquiries regarding individual workplace issues.
• Providing specific support to members in the development of appropriate response to individual workplace issues.
• Preparing correspondence/documentation relevant to an industrial inquiry.
• Developing, maintaining and enhancing a database of relevant information and documents.
• Working in close collaboration on shared tasks/projects with Organisers, Industrial Officers and the Senior Industrial Officer.

The position is based in Brisbane. 

Graduates in industrial relations, law or associated fields are encouraged to apply.

Applicants should have effective reporting and communication skills. 

Training will be provided to the successful candidate. 

A salary package dependent on qualifications and experience will be determined.
