Located near the Parramatta area is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager.

The role:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, some of your key accountabilities will include:

  • In collaboration with the Fundraising Manager you will manage the digital advertising campaigns from concept to execution as well as post campaign analysis
  • Managing a digital marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI – identifying which channel works best when considering the campaign and the desired outcome
  • Identifying target groups within social platforms
  • Developing content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc) – identifying opportunities that will engage and inspire in an effort to increase social impact
  • Working closely with Brand Ambassadors to leverage marketing opportunities
  • When necessary, attending out of hours events and functions

The candidate:

To secure this role the ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant experience within a similar role where your focus has been digital marketing and advertising campaigns – you love this stuff and have a really good understanding of how to maximise a digital marketing budget (you also really love the post campaign analytics to see what worked and what didn’t)
  • Relevant qualifications in Marketing or significant on the job experience
  • Exceptional written & verbal communication skills – this is essential. One minute you will be writing the content for a monthly spotlight story, the next you’re coordinating media and marking opportunities with a Brand Ambassador. You need to be the kind of person that is comfortable working with all manner of personalities and age groups
  • Media experience – desirable but not essential
  • Exposure to the Not for Profit sector – again, this would be great but it’s not a deal breaker. For us, the ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about their role and understands the most effective way to get the story across
  • A current police & working with children check (if you don’t have these but are willing to obtain them if successful that’s fine)
