Hope & Glory is delighted to be working with Gowrie Victoria in their search for a contemporary marketing professional to join them as Marketing Communications Coordinator on a full-time, permanent basis.

Gowrie Victoria provides accredited training and professional development to people wanting to work in, or currently working in the early childhood education and care sector. As a registered RTO and profit-for-purpose early childhood provider, Gowrie Victoria is experiencing significant changes in the government funding landscape, while undertaking a growth agenda. They have early learning centres in Broadmeadows, Carlton North, Docklands, and Yarraville. This role can be located in either their central Docklands office or in Carlton North, however regular travel between all sites will be required.

As part of a small team of two, and working with a broader multidisciplinary team, you will support and partner with the Marketing, Communications & Adult Learning Manager in the development of highly engaging and targeted marketing campaigns for all of Gowrie Victoria’s services.

You will undertake a range of activities including (but not limited to):

  • Development and execution of marketing communications collateral for both traditional and digital channels.
  • Design and delivery of print and digital materials including fliers, direct mail, eDM’s and local area collateral.
  • Content creation for social media channels including messaging, imagery and video.
  • Undertake data analysis to identify potential opportunities and uncover untapped segments.
  • Support the execution and promotion of events across all sites.
  • Budget management, planning and oversight across multiple campaigns.
  • Partner with internal teams across all sites to identify business needs and trends.
