As a registered RTO and profit-for-purpose early childhood provider, Gowrie Victoria is experiencing significant changes in the government funding landscape, while undertaking a growth agenda. They have early learning centres in Broadmeadows, Carlton North, Docklands, and Yarraville. This role can be located in either their central Docklands office or in Carlton North, however regular travel between all sites will be required.

As part of a small team of two, and working with a broader multidisciplinary team, you will support and partner with the Marketing, Communications & Adult Learning Manager in the development of highly engaging and targeted marketing campaigns for all of Gowrie Victoria’s services.

You will undertake a range of activities including (but not limited to):

  • Development and execution of marketing communications collateral for both traditional and digital channels.
  • Design and delivery of print and digital materials including fliers, direct mail, eDM’s and local area collateral.
  • Content creation for social media channels including messaging, imagery and video.
  • Undertake data analysis to identify potential opportunities and uncover untapped segments.
  • Support the execution and promotion of events across all sites.
  • Budget management, planning and oversight across multiple campaigns.
  • Partner with internal teams across all sites to identify business needs and trends.

To be considered for this role, your application likely shows the following:

  • Strong marketing, brand and communications expertise.
  • Contemporary digital marketing and campaign management skills.
  • Strong strategic capability coupled with the ability to execute.
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing positive stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
  • Contemporary knowledge of data analytics and research.
  • Effective project management and organisation skills.
  • Confident negotiation skills and strong commercial acumen.
  • The ability to work in a complex, fast-paced operating environment.
  • Relevant degree qualifications in marketing, communications or a related discipline.

You will be joining a dedicated and hard-working culture during a period of transformation. You will be a qualified and hands-on practitioner who is prepared to roll up their sleeves and move fluidly between a multitude of tasks. The hallmarks of your interpersonal style are maturity, resilience, creativity and authenticity.

You will benefit from the support and guidance of a talented and down-to-earth manager, who you will partner with on a regular basis. This is great opportunity to build your capability in a nurturing and supportive environment, whilst enjoying a dynamic and fun culture. This role may suit those candidates who are seeking flexible working arrangements and who are able to easily travel between sites. Candidates with experience in the education and training sector will be highly regarded.

We ask that you please consider your suitability against the criteria outlined above and then apply online. All applications will be acknowledged, and your interest will be treated in strictest confidence.
