An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and innovative professional with knowledge and experience in the health services quality and safety field to join the People and Culture team at headspace National.
The Quality Advisor will work collaboratively with the workforce to promote a culture that facilitates the delivery of high quality service. Reporting to the Manager – Quality and Risk, the role will work to support a culture that enables staff to understand, engage and comply with quality, clinical risk and safety guidelines to meet relevant accreditation standards and legislative obligations.
To be successful in the role, you will hold a tertiary qualification in a health related discipline, coupled with an understanding of and experience in healthcare quality management systems as well as experience in preparation for accreditation.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual who has the ability to engage, liaise and negotiate with a broad range of stakeholders. Additionally, extensive experience in documenting evidence and identifying gaps against compliance standards is essential as well as expertise in writing policies and procedures and the ability to implement continuous improvement activities.
