About the role

This newly created role will see you lead and drive the Home Care Package team through a period of growth and change. Managing multiple sites across the state you are a high energy individual who loves the challenge of driving change and leading the team through uncertain times in the Aged Care Industry. Pragmatic and able to balance customer choice, with the needs of the business and a highly compliance focused industry this is critical role to the future path of our Home Care Business.

Duties, skills and experience

  • Manage and lead a diverse team geographically split throughout the state.
  • Drive and lead change and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen.
  • Experience in a like or similar industry is preferred - but not essential. The ability to show transferable skills is also highly desirable.
  • Experience in working an industry that is going through change and the ability to adapt and change course to meet the marketplace.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence in a matrix reporting environment.
