What’s the job?

The Engagement and Support Coordinator plays a multi-dimensional role in providing pathways to the community for accessing annecto services. The position encompasses community engagement to establish positive long term relationships, managing the intake and referrals process to convert enquiries into active clients, and assisting to seek out new business opportunities in the Northern Metropolitan Region.

What we need from you:

  • Experience working in the community sector, in particular aged care and disability services;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to effectively establish relationships/partnerships;
  • Ability to identify potential networking opportunities and platforms to promote annecto services;
  • Motivation to continuously learn and develop sector knowledge to be an effective advocate of annecto services;
  • Provide guidance/leadership to develop business strategy for Northern region client acquisition;
  • Ability to work autonomously with a high degree of initiative;
  • Current and valid driver’s license

What would be great to have?

  • Working knowledge of client data bases e.g. CareLink Plus
  • Preferably a tertiary qualification in Community Development, Allied Health or related discipline and/or significant experience in the health/community sector
  • Knowledge of community resources/professional services which support individuals in the Northern Metropolitan Region
