About the Position

We are currently seeking a Coordinator - Youth Intake & ReConnect Program. This position will be responsible for the youth intake assessment and emergency relief services the ReConnect Program. You will mentor and supervise staff, providing services to the Youth Support & Development Division and support staff to undertake culturally appropriate and responsive assessments, case work, group work, project work and community capacity building activities which strengthen the skills base of the target group and the early intervention capacity of the local service system.

Experience of working closely with and having a strong understanding of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander culture would be considered an advantage.
