A position is available for someone to join a well-established, long term committed team assisting a young man who recently transitioned successfully from his family home into his own refurbished home. This model of support is holistic, enabling the young man to live independently in his new home. Full training is available.
Would suit support worker seeking stable reliable work with one person, or a graduating nurse, paramedic, psychology, or allied health student looking for ‘that something extra’ to add to a CV. Many of the team have gained enormous experience in this complex role and often comment on the breadth of knowledge and experience gained.
You could be part of a team supporting a young man living with significant disabilities and a complex health issue but loves life and has many interests. We're seeking someone trustworthy with exceptional values to join our team, supporting this man to achieve a quality of life and independence both at home and in his wider community.
