About the Role

This exciting role will lead the organisation wide redevelopment of our People & Culture Plan. As the face of People & Culture we need you to; 

  • Connect with our front line warriors to understand their needs
  • Work alongside our portfolio leaders to implement effective change to People and Culture processes and understand training and development needs of staff
  • Implement effective succession planning and build a talent pipeline that will ensure we attract and retain the best staff
  • Develop effective wellbeing practices
  • Have extensive ER & IR knowledge
  • Effective and responsive communication that makes staff feel welcome and supported when needing to raise any People & Culture concerns.

About the Team

We are proud of our small but mighty corporate support team. This role plays a key role in enabling the growth and development of our organisation. You will be well supported by a highly talented and skilled team of professionals as well as an industry leading CEO and CFO duo.

You will be challenged to build strong relationships, work independently, develop capability, facilitate positive change and be able thrive within a complex and demanding environment.

About You

We are looking for a self-starter who has their own ideas about people and culture. We need you to want to make a difference in impacting our staff’s experience while at work. We understand the impacts a good culture has on our teams performance and most importantly our clients lives.

Being small but mighty allows us to be in an advantageous position to be flexible in our people and culture methods. We are open to the idea of change, in fact we encourage our staff to champion their own ideas.

You have relevant Human Resources qualifications and strong generalist experience on the HR spectrum, right from talent acquisition to employee relations.

Hours of work for this role are negotiable, preferably 0.8-1.0. 

Home base is our HQ in Glenroy, with some work required at our office on Hosier Lane in the CBD.
