Women’s Health West provides specialist family violence services to women and their children. We also run prevention programs that promote equity and justice for women and girls in Melbourne’s west.

Our work has actively contributed to improving the health, safety and wellbeing of women and their children in the western metropolitan region of Melbourne since 1988. Due to an increase in demand for our services we currently have the position of Administrative Support Worker – Outreach available.

About the role

The Administrative Support Worker is a part-time, Contingent-Funded Continuing Employment (CFCE) position. CFCE employment is on the basis of the continuation of funding of the role / program. The role provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the director of Integrated Family Violence Services. She will demonstrate experience in some of the following key responsibilities:

  • Managing telephone calls, correspondence and filing systems
  • Coordinating meetings and assisting with diary management
  • Documenting and distributing meeting minutes
  • Data entry and record maintenance

The role reports to Director – Integrated Family Violence Services and is paid at WHW EA 2017 Level 3 Pay point negotiable (57K to 61K per annum pro rata) + 9.5% superannuation.
