About the opportunity

The Team Leader leads a case management team and holds portfolio responsibilities across the CYF program, Kinship Care. They are responsible for managing and delivering services to children and young people with complex needs, ensuring the service is delivered in line with relevant legislation, policies and procedures and child safety.

About you

You will have experience and a well-developed knowledge working in the children, youths and families sector and enjoy working with and developing employees. You will have a diploma level qualification in community welfare, youth work or equivalent and experience in a supervisory role. Supervision of staff, outstanding customer service, quality of care and continuous quality improvement are the hallmarks of this position
