About the opportunity

The Investigations Officer will be an integral support to Unitings Service delivery. The requirement to conduct thorough high standard investigations has increased significantly across the community services sector. The goal of the function is to provide reporting to the Senior Manager Quality, and to ensure thorough adverse event investigations are undertaken and realistic findings/recommendations are made. The Investigations Officer will ensure standards are adhered to within appropriate investigation timelines and in accordance with leading practice standards.

About you

Holding a relevant qualification or significant experience you will be highly motivated and able to self manage your workload. The ability to collaborate and engage with all areas of the business and significant external stakeholders is a must as is an understanding of the Reportable Conduct Scheme, Child Safe Standards and requirements of the Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme.
