About the opportunity

The Aged and Carer Services Coordinator will lead a team to deliver high quality consumer services; operationally model leading practice in the social support program space; monitor, evaluate and report on the service being delivered; foster and drive a positive work place culture and develop a program that is flexible, innovative and progressive.

About you

You will have experience and a well-developed knowledge working in the aged & carer services sector and enjoy working with and developing employees. You will have a tertiary level qualification in social work or equivalent and experience in a supervisory role. Supervision of staff, outstanding customer service, quality of care and continuous quality improvement are the hallmarks of this position
