Seeking a person to assist in the area of workplace relations and employment law. You should have at least 5 years experience and a desire to volunteer your time and expertise with a not for profit organisation.

If you have skills and experience in providing advice to clients in the following areas, we welcome your application.

  1. Advice on legislative changes and compliance;
  2. Discrimination and equal opportunity law;
  3. Risk Management - including; developing and drafting of HR policies and procedures;
  4. Employment management- including varying, extending or terminating agreements;
  5. Employment arrangements - including advice and implementation of organisational structural changes.
